training sessions for all ages and levels. There is also free practice on Tuesdays and Thursdays. See further for all information regarding training groups and hours.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Please note:<\/strong><\/span> the following training courses are already fully booked: basis -12, basis +12, seniors C, Start 2 Ping, seniors A, seniors B<\/p><p><strong>Never really played before<\/strong> and 18 years or older? Then follow the Start 2 Ping sessions.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"false\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2452\" aria-expanded=\"false\">How do I become a member?<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2452\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2452\" tabindex=\"0\" hidden=\"hidden\"><p>You can only come to play and train at our club if you <strong>register<\/strong>. This also applies to the <strong>free training sessions<\/strong>. You can find the <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLScOHnPRBWLs-ogdmUR2cqB_W93lu9xfBmQaKw2AXOAxzfXodw\/viewform\">registration form here<\/a>.<\/p><p>You do not have to choose a training group on the registration form, this is determined by your age and level. For the youth groups, in principle everyone starts in the basic group &#8211; depending on your motivation and ability, you may then move on to one of the selection groups.<\/p><p>After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details &#8211; please note: this can take a few days to a week. You can always take one trial lesson (except for the Start 2 Ping).\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Note 1:<\/strong> For capacity reasons and to guarantee the quality of the training, we have to limit the number of registrations per training. Some groups fill up faster than others. We look at the payment date to determine the order. In very exceptional cases (if a lot of people register and pay at the same time), you may receive a message after your payment that there are no more free spots for the training. In that case, you will of course get your money back. So if you are sure that you will continue to come, do not postpone your payment.<\/p><p><strong>Note 2: <\/strong>you have been a member before, it suffices to simply pay the member fee with the reference above. The season starts from mid-August and ends at the end of June. During that period, members can also join the free training sessions on Tuesday and Thursday.<\/p><p>Most training sessions start from September and end in mid-May. At the start of the season, each group receives an e-mail from the trainer with specific information for that training.<\/p><p><strong>ATTENTION 1<\/strong>: Some training groups fill up quite quickly, this is always indicated on our website. You can still become a member to join the free training sessions, but you cannot join any training group. However, you will be placed on a waiting list and we will let you know if there are still places available in your training.<\/p><p><strong>ATTENTION 2<\/strong>: it may happen that training hours change. You do not have a family discount on this. Also students who are member of another club and participants of Start 2 Ping do not receive any further discounts.<\/p><p><strong>Health insurance refund<\/strong><\/p><p>Many <strong>health insurance<\/strong> companies (\u201cmutualiteit\u201d) provide a partial refund if you are a member of a sports club. Be sure to check this with yours. By the end of January, you will receive the form to apply for this refund in your mailbox.<\/p><p><strong>UITPAS member<\/strong><\/p><p>We are also a member of the <strong>UiTPAS<\/strong>, which means that if you have the underprivileged status (\u201ckansenstatuut\u201d) of the City of Leuven, you will receive an 80% discount on the membership fee. Be sure to mention this when registering (discretion is assured).<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"false\" data-tab=\"7\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2457\" aria-expanded=\"false\">When and where do the training sessions take place<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2457\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"7\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2457\" tabindex=\"0\" hidden=\"hidden\"><p>The hours of all training sessions <a href=\"https:\/\/ttcmeerdaalleuven.be\/?page_id=1368&amp;lang=en\">can be found here<\/a>.<\/p><p>The training sessions take place in the <strong>sports hall of the VTI<\/strong> (Dekenstraat 3 in Leuven). To get here, go through the large gate in the Braban\u00e7onnestraat. When you arrive at the playground, immediately turn all the way to the left. There you go through the door to the left, then up the stairs and on the first floor behind the red door is the sports hall.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"false\" data-tab=\"8\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2458\" aria-expanded=\"false\">What do I need for the training sessions<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2458\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"8\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2458\" tabindex=\"0\" hidden=\"hidden\"><p>You can borrow a <strong>racket<\/strong> from the club if you don&#8217;t have one of your own. If you decide to continue, the trainers can assist you in purchasing a racket for a very reasonable price.
